Premium Group Surf (2h) – Only 5 Students (+ 14 years)
Overview
This activity is recommended for people of all ages from the age of 14 where they will experience sliding in the waves of Playa de Las Americas where you will live an unforgettable experience.
The activity is 2 hours and includes all the necessary equipment such as surfboard, neoprene, escarpments and lycra where you will start with a theory of 20 minutes where we will explain the basics of surfing , techniques to be able to enjoy with our first waves.
The beach where we will surf in volcanic rock where the waves are perfect for beginners and advanced.
Inside the sea they will always be guided by an experienced instructor and must follow his directions , at the end of the class will be stretched to prevent any injury and comment on how the experience has been.
He returned to school to change his equipment and shower in our facilities and then see the photos of our photographer.

What To Expect
Basic Theory (15-20 minutes)
Before entering the water, we will explain the most important aspects of land surfing, so you can start the class with the necessary information and know what is expected during the session in the water.
Positions on the surfboard:
We started by teaching the basic positions on the surfboard. We will explain the correct posture and how to position yourself on the board depending on your dominant side (right or left), as this will influence the direction you will move on the waves. We will practice these positions on land so you can feel comfortable before facing the sea.
Rowing: We will show how to keep the body in a proper position to avoid fast tiredness and get the best boost.
You will learn the technique of pop-up, which is to get up quickly and controlled once you are on the wave.
Practice in the Water where we will correct your movements, motivate you and make sure you enjoy the experience to the fullest. After practice, we will return to the shore, brief stretching session to relax the muscles after exertion.

We offer private, group lessons and spectacular sunrise and sunset sessions designed to guarantee you the best waves and premium coaching. Schedules can vary for safety, tides and optimal conditions, always adjusted to give you the perfect session. Sunrise, Sunset and group classes require a minimum of 3–5 surfers. To book instructors in Polish, Russian, French or Italian, it is necessary to do so 48 hours in advance. Our Polish instructor, Thor, is available only on Sundays and Mondays. Reservations made after 18:00 require confirmation from our team. You will receive a message when your booking is processed. If you do not receive it, contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp. All reservations require prior confirmation to ensure availability and the best sea conditions.

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class time to register and prepare. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will forfeit your reservation without refund. Safety comes first Your safety is our priority. Please listen carefully to all safety instructions and follow your instructor’s instructions at all times. Parking Parking is limited near the surf school. We recommend arriving with extra time to find parking, especially during high seasons. If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
