Meeting and Pickup
Free pickup and drop-off is included for hotels and apartments in south and west Tenerife, from Los Gigantes to El Médano.Please be ready at your accommodation about 30 minutes before your start time. After you book, send your hotel name or full address in a Viator message so we can confirm your exact pickup time.

What To Expect
Your first tandem paragliding flight, with nothing to organise. We pick you up, fly you over Costa Adeje with a certified pilot and drive you back, all in about 1.5–2 hours.
Your flight at a glance
• About 15–20 minutes in the air, up to 900 m (the wind decides)
• Costa Adeje, the volcanic ridges and, on clear days, La Gomera
• Our calmest flight: ideal for first-timers, nervous flyers and families
• No experience needed: your pilot flies the wing the whole time
• Kids can fly from age 5 with a parent's consent
How it works
1. Free hotel pickup from Los Gigantes to El Médano
2. Drive to the take-off our team picks for the day's wind
3. Safety briefing, helmet and a harness with a reserve parachute
4. A few running steps together and you're flying
5. Land near Playa Paraíso or La Caleta: by the beach on about half of flights, otherwise our landing field
