diver certification. However, if the experience captivates us and we wish to obtain a
certification, we have the thrilling possibility to continue and achieve one of the initial
levels: Scuba Diver or Open Water. Get ready to immerse yourself in an

What To Expect
Welcome to our exciting first diving course, where we will immerse ourselves in the
fascinating underwater world and learn the fundamental concepts to explore this
aquatic environment safely and captivatingly. This course is divided into two parts,
each designed to provide an educational and enriching experience.
In the first part, we will gather at the beach for a theoretical class that will
meticulously explain the steps we will follow, the different parts of the equipment,
and the diving exercises we will perform underwater. Here, we will establish the
essential foundations for the immersion.
The second part will take us to a shallow-water dive, where we will experience the
thrill of breathing through the regulator for the first time and learn to maneuver with
the buoyancy compensator to understand buoyancy. We will practice the previously
explained exercises, solidifying our understanding of diving skills.
After, having gained confidence in our diving skills, we will venture into
the water in search of the marvelous marine fauna. This time, we will explore to
a maximum depth of 12 meters, broadening our vision and connection with the
underwater environment.

No, you don’t need to have any previous Scuba experience, but you must be able to swim without a flotation device.
Mar 2022Participants in the South of Tenerife : DSD Scuba Diving for beginners, Adeje cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive.
The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS.
Jun 2024- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
