What To Expect
Discover surfing like never before, in an intimate and personalized experience designed for those who want to start from scratch. From Peru to the waves of Playa de las Américas, I bring with me a passion for the sea and a desire to share it in one of the most vibrant destinations in Europe.
Total exclusivity: Small private groups, with a maximum of five students per instructor, guarantee personal attention and a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for learning without pressure.
Two hours of pure connection to the ocean, including all necessary equipment, plus comfortable facilities: showers, bathrooms and lockers safe for your belongings.
We start with 25 minutes of theory and practice on the ground, where you will learn the essentials: how to stand up, paddle, warm up and stay safe. Then, we walk together to the beach – just 10 minutes from our school – to experience your first wave.
Constant supervision and close support – I will be with you at every step, guiding you with patience and energy so that you feel the magic of sliding on water.
We finish with stretches to take care of your body and let the experience settle in your memory.

The maximum weight capacity for kayaking is 340 lbs / 154 kg.
Nov 2021No experience is necessary! Beginners are welcome on all of our kayak tours. Most of our guests have never been in a sea kayak before. Anyone in average physical condition may join a kayak tour. If you can hike or bike, you can paddle our sea kayaks. You do not need any swimming skills either.
The only prerequisite is a healthy spirit of curiosity and adventure.
Regardless of age or skill level you will find that our expeditions offer enough flexibility to make your experience with us safe and rewarding. We will show you proper sea kayaking technique and water safety before leaving the beach. And your expert guides will be with you throughout the adventure to give you pointers and improve your skills.
Sep 2022Your safety is Cool Tenerife’s number one concern. In general, sea kayaking is safer than most other outdoor pursuits, even bicycling.
