Transformational Breath is a self healing technique that helps people to access the full potential of their respiratory system for better physical, emotional and mental well-being. Transformational Breath helps correct old unhealthy breathing patterns and encourages a fuller conscious breath. This experience is very unique, intimate and heart-felt group experience with up to 10 people.

What To Expect
Join me for a 90-minute transformational breathwork session followed by a delicious and healthy 60-minute Canarian brunch made by my chef husband!
Transformational breathwork can help you release limiting beliefs and ease anxiety and depression. Increasing self-love and overcoming the lack of it
Release emotions such as anger, rage, grief, fear, etc. Heal or overcome trauma on an energetic and emotional level (abuse, birth trauma, childhood trauma, school trauma, etc.). It can help you become aware of and change your behavioral patterns. See yourself for who you really are as you bring peace, joy, and freedom into your life. Open up for new possibilities in life (career, creativity, spiritual insights, etc.).
Releasing blockages on an energetic, emotional, or physical level; opening your heart
Establish a stronger connection with yourself.
Breathwork is a powerful method for deepening your connection to your mind and body.
Correct breathing not only creates a clear flow of energy throughout your body, which can help you release deep emotions and receive guidance from your intuition, but also calms and relaxes your nervous system.
