Overview
Activity led by a technical sports guide with extensive experience in climbing and mountain training.
Safety is paramount: harness adjustment - tying in - rope position - use of quickdraws - clipping - setting up and taking down the anchor - use of the belay device - all of these elements make up the safety chain.
We look for the simplest, most fluid, and most natural ways for participants to assimilate all these concepts in a relaxed, safe, and engaging environment that makes us feel a little more like climbers every day.
We understand rock climbing as something you can take with you outside of climbing. An experience demanding concentration, control, and confidence that will give you vitality and energy. It's something that recharges us.

What To Expect
Enjoy a unique experience climbing on the volcanic rock of Tenerife, an island with a long climbing tradition full of beautiful spots.
We understand climbing as a progressive path in which each athlete focuses on what they want to improve to enjoy their experience on the rock. We consider it our role to guide each individual through this stage.
You'll meet your guide and after a 15-minute approach, you'll arrive at the base of the crag. Depending on your skill level, the guide will adapt the session, always with a maximum of four participants. We look for routes suited to your level, on which to train and motivate you. We call this stepping out of your comfort zone in a controlled manner, seeking a positive effect on your climbing experience.
We provide all the necessary equipment, although we recommend bringing your own climbing shoes, as they are the most personal item.
We cater to all levels, so whether it's your first day climbing or you're already quite experienced, we'll make your day and connect you with the essence of rock climbing.
