Overview
We are right on the beach at one of the most amazing dive sites of the island, with regular turtle, ray and angel shark shightings.
Others operate in this area out of a van, while our 160 sq metre dive centre has all the facilities of a fully functional dive shop.
We offer small groups of 2 only (if a family of 3 would like to go together, that is also OK).

What To Expect
We will walk you through the basics of scuba diving in 30 minutes and give you a briefing on how what to expect.
You will be kitted up in scuba gear and you will go in the water with an instructor in small groups of maximum two. After you complete a few exercises to ensure you are safe, we explore the bay that is home to sting rays, butterfly rays, turtles, angel sharks and many colourful reef fish.
IMPORTANT: you cannot fly for 12 hours after your dive!

Participants in the Scuba Diving in Turtle and Ray Area cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive.
The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS.
Jun 2024If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
