Overview
Want a “Challenging” and “Rewarding” Course? This is the best way to describe the SSI rescue diver course. You will be building upon what you’ve already learned. This course expands on what you already know about how to prevent problems, and how to manage them if they occur. The fun part about this course is rising to challenges and mastering them. What To Expect
We'll begin with the three confined waters sessions, where we'll practice the rescue exercises.
Once you'll master them we'll do three open water dives, keep practising the rescue exercises.

Participants in the SSI Rescue Diver Course in Tenerife cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive.
The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS.
Jun 2024If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
