Overview

I am Alessandra and my first contact with yoga was when I needed to improve the constant pain in the spine, anxiety and stress in 2009. I have worked for 6 years in a nursing home and psychiatric hospital in Brazil, and I have a real passion in working for improve people's quality of life. Then I studied 500 hours of “Hatha Vinyasa Yoga” A training certified by Aliance Yoga and I have made specializations in adapting the practice to all people with the help of knowledge in different natural and energy therapies. I feel that the mission of my soul is to share my life style; I am vegan, practiced the conscious consumption of natural foods, free of pesticides or preservatives, and I want to plant the seed of the routine practice of yoga philosophy in your life.

    What To Expect

    No problem if you have never practiced yoga in your life. I will teach you the first steps: during yoga class we make conscious breaths, lengthen and strengthen the physical body, focus our mind on the present moment, and balance our vital energy.

     For experienced practitioners the plan is to evolve and deepen the practice in challenging positions and deepen the mental and energetic theme of philosophy.

     This is the opportunity of a unique moment to have fun, exercise and relax in front of the sea practicing yoga.
