Boat trips like this can often be something of a lottery, but this trip certainly delivered what we were hoping for. The sea is teeming with life in this area, and I'm so glad I opted for this boat over more expensive options further up the coast. It was really convenient to get to from our hotel in Playa De las Américas, and the staff were super friendly. I think the cruise was a great length of 1.5 hours, and in that time, as well as the beautiful views from the deck, we saw some very playful Dolphins, a huge amount of whales, a couple of Turtles in the distance and even a hammerhead shark. The guides made sure to point out everything enthusiastically. I didn't feel that we were bothering the wildlife at any stage, and the tour takes pains to educate people, with literature about the animals available around the boat too. We didn't have much luck with the glass-bottom areas - though we did see plenty of fish down there! I'd happily do this trip again and be sure to see even more!

Great Experience, Captain and Guide were brilliant, saw Hammerhead Shark, Sea Turtle and Pilot Whales. Food was lovely, boat had plenty of space and not crowded. Plenty of beer, nice stop off to swim, with goggle to see the fish. Would of stayed on all day if we could. Thank you.

We had a fantastic whale-watching tour. The weather was beautiful, and we were lucky enough to see so many pilot whales, which made the experience truly special.The team was extremely knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information throughout the tour. What impressed me most was how respectful they were towards the environment and the wildlife. They even stopped to collect plastic from the sea, and they never chased the whales. When the whales approached the boat, they switched off the engine so as not to disturb or stress them.It was wonderful to see how much they genuinely care about protecting the ocean and the animals. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would definitely love to coma back again. Highly recommended!

I looked at seating and this had open top, indoors and underwater. Guides were fantastic spotting the dolphins and pilot whales as well as turtles for us to see, other boats came to our spot so this boat was the No.1 spotter. Great price for minimum of an hour and half. Went in morning as heard it was better to see more and we weren’t disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant show. This was our second time seeing the show. Bookings so easy and the admin team are very helpful confirming the booking. It’s a must see and worth every penny. Great music, fab show and the best night on holiday.

Wonderful experience! Ion was so informative and knowledgeable. We got to see so many groups of pilot whales, it was absolutely amazing!

The whole experience was brilliant. Picked up and dropped off back at the hotel. From the moment we stepped on board Felix was a gracious host. We saw pilot whales, we then chose as a group to go to the cliffs to have the chance to see more. While there we saw dolphins, green turtles and even a hammerhead shark. Felix made sure we had plenty of drinks and snacks throughout the experience. I felt the cost was more than reasonable compared to similar operators with many more people on board.

We’ve just got back from this experience and it was so good! The guide Andy was great, speaking in various different languages with ease which was really nice as there were people from all around the world on our boat! Straight away the guide advised the best way to see animals and to avoid sea sickness which helped me greatly as I do sometimes struggling with sea sickness. The food was really nice and you can have as many drinks as you like. For soft drinks it’s free but for alcohol it comes with a small charge which I think is fine! The swim in the sea was great with the captain encouraging you to jump/dive in if you want but no pressure. Again the guide was very knowledgable about Los Gigantis and also the pilot whales that we saw. What was really really great is that they do not chase any animals! The captain and guide point them out but they turn off the boat and allow the whales to move around you. It’s so lovely as we have been to one other experience where they chased and it was awful (in Sri Lanka not Tenerife). Thoroughly great experience and would recommend to anyone wanting to do this either from the north or south of the island.

Brilliant show. Pick up was on time with a lovely guide who explained everything very well. The queue when getting off the bus was hectic and lengthy but passed by quickly enough as you went through the castle. We attended with 2 children aged 6 & 8 and they both loved it. The show was interactive and very entertaining and well thought out. There was bottles of water, fizzy orange and red and white wine on the table. You could buy a bucket of beer that had 5 bottles in for £10 euros so very reasonable prices if you wanted something different to drink other than the free drinks included in banquet. The only negative to this trip was the food. It was cold and potatoes undercooked. You got a bread roll and pea and potato soup to start with. It was nice enough but bland. But was hot. Then they served children chicken nuggets and chips. The adults got a chicken leg and some sliced potatoes that were luke warm and not cooked enough. They served it with some slices of tomatoes. Desert was vienetta ice cream. Would I do it again- yes definitely but don't expect much from the food. Its all about the amazing atmosphere and show.
