This is a beautiful and unique winery. Totally eco friendly with a stunning cellar and tasting room, designed to be like a volcanic tube.

Called the company on the morning, the person who answered was professional and very organised. Managed to tell us there was one slot available in the afternoon that day sent us a link to make a payment and the address for meeting pick up nice and easy. We took a taxi to the meeting point and the tuk tuk and driver was waiting there. The price I would say for a family of 5 was really reasonable compared to many other tours in the area and so worth it if you are new to the island and not looking to pay crazy amount and just want a general tour with kids. The tour wasn't too long and so short and sweet especially with kids who are just desperate for swimming lol and the driver was very friendly and humorous but also really informative. Learnt a lot about the island and saw bits we wouldn't have known about was interesting and lovely. Just perfect for a family with kids as its not too long but also gives a general understanding of the island and information for kids its also fun on the tuk tuk with a lovely breeze in the heat and comfortable. At the same time the tour driver takes his time doesn't rush for pics etc and due to him we went back to the beach he showed us as was perfect for kids. Highly recommend this tour company.

Very interesting winery, that saved and multiplied several ancient varieties form Tenerife. Complete tour of the winery, where it was possible to observe the winemaking process. The guide was prepared and friendly. Interesting wines from volcanic soils.

This is best value for money you spend all holiday. A fantastic 2 + hours exploring Santa Cruz at our own pace whilst learning local history. We’ll be using this wherever we go in the world in future. 5 Star rating

From the moment we arrived (waaaay too early), until the moment we left, Natalia was a warm and welcoming host on the tour round Santa Cruz. She was always reassuring and giving us lots of information about the sights of the city. I particularly loved the personal touch she gave to each location we visited.We have visited the city before so are familiar with some of the locations, but we still learned something new at every point.It was all about the cycling for us, because it’s something we enjoy doing on holiday. Despite our many visits, this was our first cycling activity on the island. It was a very easy and enjoyable experience, and we wouldn’t have done this without our thoughtful guide.Natalia was quite apologetic about the cycling infrastructure in the city, but we thought that this was much better than we were accustomed to back home. We thought it was a good mix of cycle paths and roads. Our guide gave us very good road guidance whilst in the traffic, which was great because we have always been apprehensive around Tenerife traffic.At the end of the tour, Natalia recommended a local restaurant out of the way of the tourist area, and graciously walked us to the venue. She went about and beyond what would have been expected from the bike tour, and we thank her very much.The fridge magnet wil be added to our collection at home and be a reminder of a great day out! This is an absolute must visit when you are in the area. This place is rich in history. It is the perfect glimpse into what life was like in the 17th century in a home with artisans making lace.Many of the home's original features are intact, and the details were breathtaking.

Great experience. Safe ride even on busy streets the cars respected the bikes and the guide, Natalia, was safety-focused. Very informative tour. The e bikes were easy to use. Bikes had excellent brakes, a bell, helmet and high visibility. My husband and friend are 6” 5 and 6”4 so their bikes were a little too small but they managed. Excellent experience and would recommend.

Muy bonito worth a visit

What an amazing day! We use the scavenger hunt to find parks and statues and plazas that we never would’ve found on our own own. There was a little little bit bit of uphill walking so anyone who’s challenged by that might want to consider, but we had no trouble with the app or the clues and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Puerto de La Cruz is a small town on a human scale where you can find everything at your fingertips, such as restaurants where you can eat fresh fish at affordable prices and bars where you can also have fun with live music. I stayed at the Monopol hotel located right in centro.Hotel clean, nice to see with its green entrance and really quiet. I highly recommend it. Thanks to the stock travel that allowed us, offering us the hotel + plane package, to spend a lovely week around Puerto or sunbathing in the Martianez complex (walking), or visiting the most beautiful beaches of tenerife (by car) such as Las Americas, Los Cristianos, playa Las Vista, Los Teresitas or enjoying the view of the dolphins by catamaran.

great experience, interesting building, well preserved, You can learn a lot from how people lived there. The mill was also interesting.

this is a very nice city. lots of spanish architecture to look at and to photo. plenty of museums to visit and my fav is the military museum. if into shopping then you will find what you need.

This is a beautiful city, and you will think you are in a typical mainland Spanish city, as it has all the big name shops, beautiful buildings, lovely squares/parks and narrow streets. Very vibrant as a result. So well worth a day’s visit or more.
