Absolutely amazing experience! Marco was a fabulous guide, very friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting facts about the island and its wildlife. He and his colleagues were incredibly helpful, assisting us in and out of the kayaks and providing drinking water for everyone. The experience was also very respectful towards the wildlife, maintaining a safe distance while still allowing us to see dolphins and turtles. Marco also had a GoPro and captured photos and videos throughout the experience, which we could purchase afterwards for just €20. It was a lovely way to remember the day. All around, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! 🐬🐢🌊

Wonderful experience, saw pilot whales and dolphins. Staff was very nice and friendly, the food and drinks were very nice. Make sure you prepare for seasickness, we had strong waves on our trip and many people couldn't enjoy it to its fullest because of that. Staff are prepared for that of course, and took good care of all who needed it. Would absolutely go again.

What a fantastic afternoon! Thanks to our wonderful guide Nico, this excursion became an unforgettable experience. We saw turtles, pilot whales, dolphins and even flying fish. Nico gave very interesting and expert explanations along the way. We could also enjoy a refreshing swim in a beautiful bay. My husband lost his glasses in the ocean, but as icing on the cake Nico dived after him without hesitation and brought him back out. What a service! Highly recommended!

Hello I arranged this trip online and was very pleased with the prompt response and the arrangements with Barbara for a hotel pickup in a classic Mitsubishi Pajero mark 1, which was purring like a mouse eating cheese. The driver (Marco ???) was very friendly and chatty about the area,family and the Jeep. When we got to to water there was no delay just a quick safety briefing about the use of the kayaks and a description of the route by our very helpful guide Demeatre and his son. During the trip we saw dolphins and turtles about 50 feet from us which was a great experience to see so close in the wild We then went on to a cave in under the rocks and it was nice and cool in the shade. We then made our way to an area to go snorkeling and saw alot of fish while in the water. We then made our way back and I must say that Demeatre made all the group (around 10) very comfortable and safe and kept a close eye on all during the trip. We were then treated with some homemade chocolate maderia cake, We then got dropped back to the hotel by a different driver (can't remember name) but again another very friendly fellow. From the moment we arrived at the agency, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly welcome. Both Shingi and his wife were highly professional and immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They provided us with all the necessary equipment, including water shoes, a safety vest, and a paddle. If needed, they also provided a bottle of water per person. We then walked from their office to the beach, where the kayaks were waiting. Before setting off, Shingi clearly explained how everything worked and gave us important safety instructions. During the excursion, we made several stops along the way. We were fortunate enough to see dolphins, enjoy some snorkeling, and Shingi even took a few photos for us. The whole experience was enjoyable and well organized, but what truly made it special was Shingi’s friendly, attentive, and positive attitude throughout the trip. After the excursion, we were warmly welcomed back to the agency and treated to delicious homemade cakes, pineapple juice, and coffee, which was a lovely touch and a perfect way to end the experience. We had a wonderful time from start to finish and would highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a well-organized kayaking adventure.

Excellent high quality boat with knowledgeable and fun crew taking care of you. Everything was spotlessly clean, professional and well run. After a very poor trip 2 years ago it was an absolute pleasure to be on this trip where we saw 17 pilot whales including several babies and 2 spinner dolphins who were too full of their squid breakfast to spin!! This trip was worth every euro, total value with luxury great food and drinks just loved it all from start to finish. We also had the best weather the magnificent cetaceans we saw, who came quite close to the boat to check us all out, their choice looked even more awesome as they glistened upon surfacing I felt honoured and privileged to see them all with the crew giving us detailed information about their lives, I know a great deal about cetaceans but they still told us stuff that was new to me. Will definitely go on this trip again in the future.

I attended the travelsub centre to do my open water padi diving course. Wow- what can I say? From the moment I booked the trip the communication was faultless, staying in regular contact to arrange the pick up details and to gather information. My partner was too unwell to dive and they were so accommodating of this. This meant I had to do the course on my own and as someone that is relatively anxious I was worried about this. However, I really didn't need to be! From the moment I got there I was treated like an old friend returning, I felt so at ease. I really struggled at first to get my head round breathing under water, and I did not feel judge or rushed, I felt really supported. As the days went on I spent time with different instructors and they were all such wonderfully kind and funny people, however I would like to give an individual shout out to Romana who is simply the most wonderful diving instructor ever. I felt safe and understood during all my dives. I am very grateful for the fantastic experience TravelSub gave me! Thank you so much!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ again!!!! If you're looking for an unforgettable kayaking experience in Tenerife, I highly recommend booking with Shingi Adventures. Their kayaking tours are truly fantastic and one of the best excursions you can do on the island. I first visited Tenerife last year for my 47th birthday and had such an incredible time kayaking that I knew I had to come back again. This year, I returned with my mum 75yrs young, and one of the first things I had to do was to do the kayaking tour again. While mum relaxed at the hotel, recovering from our long flight. I was so happy to learn that the company had evolved into Shingi Adventures, and even happier to see that Shingi was still the owner & guide! He made the experience just as fun, friendly, and memorable as the first time.This time was even more special because we saw so many dolphins and torties while out on the water, more than I saw on my first visit. It was absolutely fantastic and such a magical experience. 🐬 On top of the kayaking, Shingi Adventures helped organise other excursions for my mum and me, including a trip to, Whale Watching Cruise, La Gomera and an amazing stargazing experience. They also recommended some great places in the city for dinner, which we really enjoyed. I genuinely wish I had more time in Tenerife Shingi Adventures reminded me of the many more excursions they could organise for me like Quad biking, Jet ski and Tiede quad experience. I would strongly recommend this experience to anyone visiting, it’s such a fun and unforgettable way to explore the island! 🌊🚣‍♀️✨

I was skeptical about these commercial proposals but after the experience I had with some friends I had to change my mind, the organization of the trip was perfect and largely met our expectations! We sailed with families of dolphins and met pilot whales to the spectacular rock faces of Los Gigantes.  Captain Javier told us about the lives of these sea creatures in great detail and offered us sandwiches and soft drinks. We had a very relaxing and fun time snorkeling with Cindy. She picked us up with a smile on her face and was very enjoyable the entire time. After the hour snorkeling tour with Cindy showing us around we had plenty of time to have a meal and rehydrate before going back into the sea. Included was to use the gear again and go snorkeling by ourselves which we really enjoyed. Thanks again! Highly recommend

What a great experience again! Captain Niko took us on an unforgettable Sea Safari. With his knowledge, peace and respect for nature, he knew how to tell us a lot about the sea and the animals around Tenerife. We have seen groups of dolphins, pilot whales and even turtles. During the swim stop we could snorkel and enjoyed the many fish underwater.This was absolutely worth it! Forget the big tourist boats, this smaller boat will give you a much nicer, personal experience. Respect for the animals and the environment is really paramount here, and you can feel it in everything. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tenerife!
