Very nice Experience
Even though we probably could have seen the same animals with any other whale watching group, I'm still very happy we chose Biosean. The small boat wasn't overcrowded like every other vessel that we saw and the staff with us was very friendly. During the tour we saw pilot whales as well as bottlenose dolphins from which we always held a respectable distance, while listening to their calls through the hydrophone. A pilot whale calf even approached us and swam within a few meters of the boat, before being pulled away from its mother. It was a truly magical experience and I would definitely recommend it for anybody who enjoys the sight of marine mammals.

Brilliant boat trip
We had a fantastic trip out and loved seeing pilot whales and a family of dolphins! The hydraulic ramp was excellent and my wheelchair user boyfriend thought about going in the sea but decided not to because there wasn’t a place he could lie down to get changed afterwards. The sea was quite choppy and I felt a bit sick as a result. Over all we had a wonderful time and we loved being able to experience the boat trip together. Thank you!

We loved the experience, much better than boats where there are so many people. Also we saw many dolphins and whales on the excursion. The only thing I missed was that they did not indicate safety measures (life jackets..).

It is very well organised. Very interesting and entertaining. Had plenty of time using the telescopes as it is a much smaller group. Our guide Roland and another guide Phil were very knowledgeable and kept us engaged with witty banter and fun stories. We were collected and dropped off at our hotel. There was a glass of Cava offered at sunset and a fantastic photo taken under the stars that was sent to us the following day. I cannot recommend this vip trip highly enough. Thank you Roland and Phil for the best night out in Tenerife

The best stargazing tour on Tenerife
I'm a university student studying astrophysics, and I can't recommend this trip enough! I've been on one other stargazing trip up Mt Teide, and of the two, this was by far the best. The guides, Phil and Jaime were friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The transport to the viewing points was fast and comfortable. The guides were able to help with any questions, and we're willing to help me set up my own camera telescope in addition to their own! For the experience you get, the price is very reasonable, and the small group sizes making it a more relaxing experience and calm atmosphere. The trip wasn't excessively long either, lasting around 5 hours from the pickup, though expect last nights - it's difficult to see the stars at day after all! Will definitely be doing this trip again when I come back out here in the future!

Superb value for money and a memorable trip.
The four of us absolutely loved our 3 hour tour. Our 5 and 4 year old enjoyed lounging on the bean bags and on the nets at the front. We saw tens of pilot whales; swimming in the sea and jumping in was a real highlight and the food and drink were excellent. We found the trip extremely good value for money and the crew were helpful and polite. I would have no hesitation in doing this again with them-it was a real highlight of our holiday.

The boat is wheelchair accessible, both for boarding at the dock and for swimming in the sea; the guys were charming, attentive, helpful, and true professionals. Private and semi-private surf lessons with teenagers
We booked a private one-on-one lesson for our 12 and 14-year-old children since it was their first time getting on a surfboard and we preferred that they have more personalized attention. They liked it a lot and we decided to book a pack of 3 lessons (this time "semi-private", one instructor for 2 people). In total they took classes with different instructors. Everyone was very kind, but we especially highlight the friendliness, patience, kindness, and professionalism of ISRAEL. We are very grateful, because the children were left with a very good impression of this sport. Many thanks to the coordinators as well for making the logistics possible by squaring the instructors' schedules with ours.We will definitely repeat when we return next summer!Sylvia and Artur (parents of Enric and Emma)
