Great experience, we saw dolphins up close, both active and sleeping, it was a wondweful connection to nature, our crew David and Marina were exceptional, very attentive and helpful, even providing refreshments, there is a WC on board for those of you who may need it, another outstanding aspect of the excursion was that there were only 6 of us on the tour and we were educated for nearly 3 hours on all aspects of conservation and care for marine life. They were even using a net to scoop up any debris they spotted floating in the sea. They were able to communicate in Englis, Spanish and German. 100% recommended and we would definitely do it again! Fantastic Island Tour!
This was a full day island tour including the beautiful Mount Teide which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We had the opportunity to see some breathtaking views, hear all about the history of the island and see some very quaint villages. Lunch was not provided, however the tour guide recommended a restuarant for us which was 3 course and an alcoholic drink for €20 each which was beautiful food and a good price. You also could have bought your own packed lunch or picked something else up to eat at one of the shops. The only issue we had is our pickup time was listed as 8am and we were not told that the time for pickup was actually 7:10am. Had we have not been ready we would have missed this tour, due to the lack of communication from the tour provider. There were other people that ended up missing the tour due to the confusion. I would therefore encourage anyone booking this trip to make contact with the provider beforehand to ensure the pickup time is known as you obviously cannot reply on the time stated on the booking.

Rosa is an excellent tour guide who is fluent in many languages.We learned many things about northern Tenerife in a fun way. Rosa created a good atmosphere in the group and we saw some strikingly beautiful places. A word of thanks is in order for our driver Oscar who must have the patienceof a saint.Just to note also that the lunch option was good value.

Amazing experience from the beginning to the end, unfortunately we had the calima which prevented us from getting a nice sunset experience but the night skies was worth it. On the other hand the staff is amazing especially Fabien the French guy, his explanations bring another dimension to the experience. A must do to see the sky by night.

Brilliant boat trip
We had a fantastic trip out and loved seeing pilot whales and a family of dolphins! The hydraulic ramp was excellent and my wheelchair user boyfriend thought about going in the sea but decided not to because there wasn’t a place he could lie down to get changed afterwards. The sea was quite choppy and I felt a bit sick as a result. Over all we had a wonderful time and we loved being able to experience the boat trip together. Thank you!

The whole experience was brilliant. Picked up and dropped off back at the hotel. From the moment we stepped on board Felix was a gracious host. We saw pilot whales, we then chose as a group to go to the cliffs to have the chance to see more. While there we saw dolphins, green turtles and even a hammerhead shark. Felix made sure we had plenty of drinks and snacks throughout the experience. I felt the cost was more than reasonable compared to similar operators with many more people on board.

We loved the experience, much better than boats where there are so many people. Also we saw many dolphins and whales on the excursion. The only thing I missed was that they did not indicate safety measures (life jackets..).

Great experience- kids loved it.
Brilliant show. Pick up was on time with a lovely guide who explained everything very well. The queue when getting off the bus was hectic and lengthy but passed by quickly enough as you went through the castle. We attended with 2 children aged 6 & 8 and they both loved it. The show was interactive and very entertaining and well thought out. There was bottles of water, fizzy orange and red and white wine on the table. You could buy a bucket of beer that had 5 bottles in for £10 euros so very reasonable prices if you wanted something different to drink other than the free drinks included in banquet. The only negative to this trip was the food. It was cold and potatoes undercooked. You got a bread roll and pea and potato soup to start with. It was nice enough but bland. But was hot. Then they served children chicken nuggets and chips. The adults got a chicken leg and some sliced potatoes that were luke warm and not cooked enough. They served it with some slices of tomatoes. Desert was vienetta ice cream. Would I do it again- yes definitely but don't expect much from the food. Its all about the amazing atmosphere and show.

Amazing trip to see the Whales
Amazing experience – absolutely worth it! This was such an amazing experience! The sailing trip was small and private – there were only six of us on the boat, which made it feel really special and relaxed. We were able to go out and see the whales, and along the way we learned so much about the island, the ocean, and the marine life in the area. The crew shared lots of interesting information without it ever feeling like a “tourist lecture.” We also stopped for a swim in the ocean, which was fantastic. The whole adventure lasted almost four hours, so we really felt that we got our money’s worth. At one point, a large catamaran with around 100 people, loud party music and a completely different atmosphere came up near us. That made us even happier that we had chosen the quiet sailing boat with a maximum of only 10 guests! We absolutely loved it, and the kids did too. A wonderful, relaxed and memorable way to experience the ocean and see the whales. Highly recommended!
