Fortunately I booked a tour of mount Teide on a sunny day, it snowed the day after and there was an earthquake apparently but I didn't notice. That was the day after the tour so we all did well as some tours the day after were cancelled. The tour guide and driver were excellent. I got some good photos and had just enough time for, drinks, a snack and the toilet when the coach parked up. The stops gave us enough time and the coach went a different way on the way back so I got dropped off first. It was very good.

Great tour. Beautiful sites, great historical locations, very knowledgeable and attentive guide. Highly recommend.

While we’ve been vacationing in South Tenerife for the past two winters, we were anxious to explore more of the Country, specifically the North. Our tour to Santa Cruz and San Cristobal de la Laguna did not disappoint. This was largely due to the very knowledgeable tour guide (Hector) who spoke fluently in three languages, and the experienced bus driver. We were very comfortable taking the full day tour with just the right amount of travel, guided description and free time.

We were actually staying in La Gomera and did our bus tour from there. The guide was very good, there were only 4 of us who were English, so we sat at the front and she explained the history etc to us, then afterwards she used the microphone and did the rest in German. We stopped and had a walk through part of the forest to see all the views which was very nice. We then stopped at a very small pottery where you could purchase things if you so wished. Later we stopped at a restaurant for lunch (price not included in the trip) and had a look round the visitors centre. We then headed back to Valle Gran Rey where our trip started from.

Stunning views. Excellent and very knowledgeable guide. The actual trip and guide were amazing. I was disappointed however that just a couple of days beforehand I was emailed to say they wouldn't be picking us up and that we had to make our own way by bus to a hotel that we didn't know. Everyone else was picked up at their own hotels. This made it a little stressful beforehand.

The guide Paolo was professional, prepared to answer all the questions asked (and there were not a few since they ranged from the places visited, to the buildings, to nature), nice and cheerful. Fundamental qualities for driving. I can say.... beautiful in every way!. Fernando, the bus driver, was magnificent in driving and I can assure you that this is no small thing, given the rough road and "the intersection" with car with very cooperative. A winning pairing!. I recommend them dispassionately!. Great outing!

Wow!! Words do not do the views from near the top justice. Jose as our guide was amazing, delivering insightful information about Teide and the surrounding areas in German, English & Spanish. Domingo as our driver ensured we were safe at all times whilst navigating the winding roads. Would definitely recommend purchasing the cable car tickets to climb to 3500 meters for the amazing views of Tiede.

I chose this trip as I only wanted to see Teide and most the other trips visited other villages and stopped for lunch etc. This trip was perfect as it was approximately 4.5 hours from Santa Cruz and back again. There was one stop for a toilet break for 15 minutes which was perfect. The bus used was very good and the driver felt very safe. I would recommend checking the likelihood of the cable car being in operation as it wasn't operating in early February because of wind and ice.

The communication with them was wonderful! Eliazar was extremely responsive, helpful, and fast.I went on the La Gomera tour with them, although the tour was outsourced to a different company. The tour itself was great. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the driver was also very friendly. We had enough time to visit places, take photos, and enjoy some leisure time.We had some hickups regarding the pickup location. But luckily the guide was able to find me.Overall I'd still recommend the agent because of their good service. And La Gomera is definitely worth a visit!

If you’re looking for an excursion to do whilst in Tenerife, and have a full day to use, this could the the one for you. Note that the trip itself involved around four hours of the time on a coach (roughly two hours there and two hours back). The coach was comfortable and modern, with Ac and recliners. The group was about thirty strong. The price includes the coach fare and the cable car up the volcano. The guide was super friendly, very knowledgeable and added to the experience by sharing so much facts, history and more. I would say the trip is best for more active and fit people and may not suit those with small children or with more elderly persons. I really enjoyed the experience as it was my main excursion of the trip, and the atmosphere was created by the great guide we had but also the fellow tourists were easy to talk to and get along with.

Beautiful views but they should’ve organised a different tour for the people doing the cable car as we had a long stop dropping and picking them up (not sure if some people were late coming down) but we only had a hour stop out of a 6/7 hour day so too long to be on a bus for kids

Great trip and scenery, very informative guide and skilled driver. I recommend climbing the church tower in La Laguna for great views!

We had a great day visiting Santa Cruz, San Cristobal La Laguna and Taganana. We only had an hour stop in Santa Cruz which was disappointing as we would’ve liked a bit more time to explore. Lovely place but very built up as you would expect. We went from there to San Cristobal La Laguna which is an amazing place steeped in history. We did a fair bit of walking there so this would be something to consider for anyone with mobility issues. It’s all flat but we covered a lot of ground although we stopped regularly to listen to the tour guide. From there we went on to Taganana where lunch was available for anyone that wanted it (€15 per person for 3 courses)in a lovely little restaurant. Some scary roads though getting up there but some amazing views on the way. We were a bit disappointed with the amount of time we had in Santa Cruz as we really didn’t have time to see much. Whilst the views up to Taganana were amazing, in my opinion it took up too much time in the day to drive up there just for lunch. Really enjoyed the trip though and the tour guide was very informative. The only downside being the amount of time spent on the bus.

Excellent excursion we really enjoyed it. Santa Cruz was lovely although it’s very built up and very busy. We only spent an hour there and then moved on to La Laguna which was beautiful. The place has so much history and the tour guide was very thorough. We did a fair bit of walking on that stop but it’s such a beautiful place we didn’t really notice the distance. We then went on to Taganana, great views but some scary roads 🤦‍♀️ narrow roads and plenty of tight bends, certainly had my nerves on edge. A great day out and the places were well worth a visit. The only downside, if there is one is all the time spent on the bus,
