Costa Adeje Walking Tours

We joined this tour on the third day of our stay in Tenerife, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.Victor, our guide, picked us up in the morning, and our first destination was the northern part of the island, the Anaga region. There, we enjoyed a beautiful hike through a fairy-tale-like green forest. I would recommend bringing a windbreaker and a pair of sneakers you don't mind getting a little dirty.Afterwards, we headed towards Teide National Park, making several stops along the way to admire the stunning views. It felt as though we had travelled to another planet in just half an hour, walking above a sea of white clouds that looked like the frothy milk on your morning cappuccino. Unfortunately, access to the park itself was closed due to roadworks, but we were still able to enjoy breathtaking mountain views and almost Martian landscapes from several viewpoints. Sunscreen and a cap are definitely recommended, as the sun at 2,000 metres above sea level is no joke.Following the hike, we stopped at a lovely local restaurant recommended by Victor and enjoyed some delicious food. The day was packed with memorable experiences and beautiful scenery. Victor took great care of us throughout the tour and shared many interesting facts about the island's nature, climate, local life, and some of his favourite places.After the tour, he even sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches, which we used during the rest of our stay on the island and were very happy with.I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys hiking and spectacular landscapes and wants to experience the diverse and ever-changing spirit of Tenerife.

Despite the predicted storm, we had a wonderful day. Communication was excellent, and Victor picked us up near the cruise terminal. We learned a lot about the island, visited places like Icod and Garachico, and Victor drove us safely along the winding roads to Masca. The day was tailored exactly to our wishes.

As a mom traveling with my daughter, I was looking for the best combo to visit in peace the most beautiful sites available to us on the island, while being sure to make real hikes, without the worries of logistics. And Victor was the perfect choice: exchanges by WA before D-Day to be sure to offer us the best route, adaptability to the weather, desire to share and knowledge of the place. We spent an extraordinary day with someone who loves what he does and has a lot of generosity. And bonus pro photos. I recommend without hesitation.

Amazing adventure throughout some of the best locations around Tenerife. Victor is the only guide you’ll ever need. Not only is he very passionate and well prepared, he also tailors the experience around your needs and when the weather doesn’t allow to get the best experience in a location, he will come up with another spot that you can visit. It looks like going around with a friend that knows perfectly the beauties of the place in which he lives, and that takes amazing photos. Honestly, I don’t think you need a different guide from Victor, he is all you need in your adventure around Tenerife.

Victor was UH-MAZING! He picked us up from the Main Square which was super easy to find. He talked the whole time we were in the car. He taught us about the town, how it was developed, the nature, you name it he was able to say something about it. If he didnt know the answer, he even reached out to us after the tour and told us the answer. His driving was calm and chill, no worries there. He took us out in the pouring rain and was such a trooper hiking with us out there. He took us to a local spot to eat which was FANTASTIC. He even does photography, so he took pictures of us out in the field and sent them to us via Google docs. When he dropped us off, he even gave us Canary Island chocolates which were fire. He such a cool guy, I would 1000% recommend this tour.

This was a great day out with Victor. Excellent communication & prompt pick up. It is so much better to have your own personal tour than be herded around with up to 50 people (as many of the other tours quote). Victor knows the perfect spots with the best views, being also a photographer. These views are so beautiful they will take your breath away.Victor is also very knowledgeable on Tenerife, the areas and flora & fauna. I was particularly interested in the rainforest, it is not something most people are aware of when visiting Tenerife. The rainforest was awesome, love the colors & the different climate. Makes for wonderful memories & photos. Had it not been for the uphill walk back would have loved to see more. Don't get me wrong, its not hard my any means, I just have a few mobility issues.The city of San Cristobel De La Luna is also very picturesque and I guess a bit off the beaten track for most tourists. Its a good job it was a Sunday or it may have been difficult dragging me away from the shops.I highly recommend Victor and whatever route you choose I know you will have the most amazing holiday photos and memories to last a lifetime. If and when I ever come back to Tenerife I would like to discover more beautiful terrain with Victor!

Victor was an amazing guide. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very enjoyable. The views and locations were incredible. Highly recommend.

A great experience from start to finish with Victor. He’s a knowledgeable Tour Guide who customize his tours to the needs of his group and gives a very personal touch that is much appreciated. My kids and I had a great time with him exploring many of Tenerife’s natural wonders. One word of advice: if you’d like to do things that require tickets, such as the cable car to the top of the volcano or the lava tubes, make sure you coordinate with Victor in advance as these things can sell out.Lastly, an extra set of bonus points for Victor for being a great photographer and bringing his own camera along to capture photos of our adventures.

We had a perfect day with Viktor. Everything was top notch- communication, pick-up, a very considerate and knowledgeable man. Beautiful routes and breathtaking stops along the way. Nice and local place for lunch. My daughter and I were super happy. Thank you!

He picked us up near the cruise pier where our cruise ship arrived at and made sure we had ample time to return before the ship left. Viktor’scommunication was excellent and he texted us the day before and tailored the tour based on our input on the day of the tour. He told us that he NEVER cancels a tour and I was instantly confirmed when I booked this tour. I had booked other tours in different ports that were not confirmed (after waiting 3 days) and I had to scramble to find alternatives. If the tour is available on tour date it will happen!His English is excellent, he is highly educated, and a great photographer too.

The wonder walk experience with Victor, by far exceeded what I expected when I originally booked. The adventure was filled with beautiful sites, a vast amount of knowledge and history, a personalized approach to my preferences for the day, one of the best meals I had during my entire stay at Tenerife (a quaint, homely restaurant Victor had suggested along our way, I forgot to write down the name🤦‍♂️), enjoyable hikes, amazing photos and above all else, the great conversations we had along the way. Truly a highlight of my trip. His genuine kindness, personality, and the conversations we had gave me a lot to reflect on and cherish.

Victor is a super guide, attentive to detail and able to make you fall in love with the place in just a few hours. From El Teide to the Wet Forest without leaving out any detail. Super recommended!

Victor has a bright & energetic spirit that makes touring with him a unique and enjoyable experience. He has a passion behind his voice and you can tell how much joy he gets out of what he does on these excursions. He is also an awesome photographer—emphasis on AWESOME. I am speechless at the views I got to see on the day of the tour. From the detailed rocks and mountains at the ground level of Teide National Park to the vastness of the mountains & ocean from the top (if you decide to take the cable car). While this was beautiful in its own way, I can't get over the simplicity of the beauty found in Anaga. The lush & green forest made everything feel so alive—I felt as if the pathways were a warm invitation to forget about all my worries. I had one full day in Tenerife and I think I spent it worthwhile. I couldn't recommend this excursion enough. Thank you, Victor!
