Fabulous service. Great price. Booking was so simple via whatsapp. Bike was delivered within the hour and was dropped off half a day earlier at no extra cost. Picked up bang on time from right outside my hotel. 5 star company.

We went 5 days early to acclimate before joining a ride camp for the Vuelta al Teide Grand Fondo put on by Explora Bikes. The young owner Frederic Dhondt, was extremely helpful prior to us arriving, promptly answering our emails while suggesting where to stay in Santiago del Teide and in Los Chrtianos ( Gran Arona Hotel). And what rides to do from there. ( Do the Masca loop and the ascent of Mt Teide from Chio!).The ride camp itself was excellent. The bikes were geared right for the terrain and they were flexible allowing my wife to ride an e-bike for several days due to some knee pain. The rides themselves were spectacular. They were led by Frederic’s parents , Geert and Caroline, who have been coming to Tenerife from Belgium for years and now live there half time. We have been on tours from Backroads, Trek and Cisclismo Classico, all excellent companies, but this family easily matched those companies and the whole experience felt more intimate and personal. The parents rode e-bikes when leading the rides allowing the stronger members of our group to really push up the hills, while my wife and I never felt rushed or that we were inconveniencing them. On the day of the Grand Fondo we were chauffeured to the starting line by the Dhondts and they were there 9 hours later cheering us on and celebrating with us before driving us back to the south side of the island.I rarely write reviews, but these people made us feel like we were family. I’m sure you will have a great experience if you decide to take a tour with them.

Hired a road bike from Explora for a week in early december, ordered via their on-line system, confirmed the key set up dimensions via e-mail. I arrived just after 9:00am on the first day, bike was ready and set up perfectly to the notifed dims and was in good condition. I then enjoyed 7 hilly days cycling around the area with no problems - the BH SL1 2.9 was a good machine and exactly what I expected. Collection and return were as easy as it gets with very friendly service from the business owner and his mechanic. Very much recommend this business to anyone to anyone looking to hire a bike this area.

Rented a road bike to your full satisfaction. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The bike itself was totally fine and is adjusted so that you are optimally in the saddle. I myself was not an experienced cyclist my husband was. We had opted for guidance to the mountain but legs were not strong enough. They certainly did the necessary to make me as comfortable as possible. It was definitely worth it and I will definitely be back here next time.

Hans was a fantastic guide very knowledge and as it was only the 2 of us pulled me along the very hard climbs, bike was great

Rented a racing bike to our complete satisfaction. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The bike itself was absolutely fine and is adjusted so that you sit optimally in the saddle. A tip is to measure the dimensions of your own bicycle at home. Then your rental bike can be adjusted accordingly. Also a nice shop to stock up on the latest cycling gear. Dutch-speaking owner. A small downside is that from Playa de Las America's it is quite a bit of a walk to Teidebike. But I think there is something to be done about that. It was definitely worth it and I will definitely come back here next time.

Booked this bike rental through the hotel.Bike was delivered to hotel and picked up again. I forgot my Garmin holder, it was put on immediately.Bicycle (BH brand) was in excellent condition and was adjusted to size on site. Tail light (for visibility) as an extra asset.Communication went very smoothly.

Everyone at TeideBike was knowledgeable and helpful. The bikes were in great shape and the shop had the gear we needed for the ride that didn't get packed (bottles nutrition, etc). Thanks Frederic and team.

On Saturday October 21 we did the Los Gigantes tour together with the super nice guide Massimo. Excellent guidance even when things get tougher and you go a little slower as the group. Massimo stays near you and reconnects you with the group. We had a great time, even though it was 30 degrees, which made the ride a bit tougher. At the highest point at cafe Parada a drink and sandwich offered by Bike Experience. After this beautiful descent back to the starting point. I will definitely do another tour next holiday in Tenerife.

I rented a beautiful Bianchi Infinito for 5 days. I also received suggestions for rides around Costa Adeje. The bike was in excellent conditions. Next time I will rent here again. Thanks for making my bike holiday great!!!

I opted for the basic road bike. The bike was in great condition with all the necessary accessories, and even some that I wouldn't have expected as standard e.g.a cycle computer. Bike Experience also dropped it off and picked it up from our villa which is a massive plus. Communication was superb, especially so given I was using it as an opportunity to practice my Spanish.
