Brilliant show. Pick up was on time with a lovely guide who explained everything very well. The queue when getting off the bus was hectic and lengthy but passed by quickly enough as you went through the castle. We attended with 2 children aged 6 & 8 and they both loved it. The show was interactive and very entertaining and well thought out. There was bottles of water, fizzy orange and red and white wine on the table. You could buy a bucket of beer that had 5 bottles in for £10 euros so very reasonable prices if you wanted something different to drink other than the free drinks included in banquet. The only negative to this trip was the food. It was cold and potatoes undercooked. You got a bread roll and pea and potato soup to start with. It was nice enough but bland. But was hot. Then they served children chicken nuggets and chips. The adults got a chicken leg and some sliced potatoes that were luke warm and not cooked enough. They served it with some slices of tomatoes. Desert was vienetta ice cream. Would I do it again- yes definitely but don't expect much from the food. Its all about the amazing atmosphere and show.

This is a beautiful and unique winery. Totally eco friendly with a stunning cellar and tasting room, designed to be like a volcanic tube.

A Wonderful Husband & Wife Team: This amazing experience is run solely by Chef Ave and her husband, Erik. They are fabulous, welcoming hosts who make you feel like family from start to finish.Seamless Transfers + History Lesson: Erik picked us up right from the Bahia Principe Fantasia hotel an hour before the class and dropped us back off safely. The €60 round-trip transfer was worth every penny, especially since Erik gave us a fantastic mini history lesson about the island along the way!Stunning Picturesque Setting: The workshop is held in a breathtaking, historical village courtyard filled with lush plants, charming murals, and rustic stone. It feels like stepping straight into ancient Tenerife.Mouthwatering Food & Tapas: We had so much fun making authentic Canarian mojo sauce, which we ate alongside perfectly prepared Tenerife wrinkled potatoes and fresh, crusty bread. Chef Ave produced incredibly delicious, locally sourced tapas—including a creative plate beautifully balanced right on top of our wine glasses!Delightful Drinks: Everything was paired beautifully with excellent locally sourced wine and a refreshing, homemade lemongrass lemonade/cordial.Wonderful Social Vibe: I attended with my 17-year-old niece, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our session had a great international mix, including ourselves from Scotland, a lovely couple from Boston, and another lovely couple from Germany.We cannot recommend Ave and Erik's class enough—it was an absolute highlight of our trip!

Such a wonderful, well organised, interesting cooking class with delightful hosts, one a 5* chef , it truly was the best Mojo Sauce . The setting is picturesque, the cat is beautiful and we were lucky enough to say hello. We will definitely be back next year for the Paella Class.

Very interesting winery, that saved and multiplied several ancient varieties form Tenerife. Complete tour of the winery, where it was possible to observe the winemaking process. The guide was prepared and friendly. Interesting wines from volcanic soils.

After an initial booking mix up the hosts were extremely accommodating and the issue was resolved in no time. As for the tour and tasting, the family and local history involved in the whole operation was extremely interesting and a pleasure to listen to from very knowledgable and personally invested hosts. This made the experience that bit more special! The wines were all amazing and the fruit of their efforts shone through!

We decided to book a lunch and mojo workshop for something a bit different, and really enjoyed it. This was our third visit here,so it was a change to make something,and it tasted very good. We were given a tour first by kaleb who was a great guide, very knowledgeable,his English was excellent. We were then taken through to the kitchen where chef Eduardo demonstrated how to make the red and Green dip Mojo. It was really good, just ourselves and another couple and again the guide explained things in English. We then returned to our tables and made the sauces which we made use of with our lunch. We had pulled roast pork and traditional canary potatoes and probably the best crackling ever,so crispy.

Very well organized, beautiful show and finally the castle is more beautiful than I imagined. Our children really loved this experience.

On arrival at the games, we were welcomed with a glass of cava, while juice, water and wine were provided throughout the event. The action was non-stop from start to finish, which was fantastic – the atmosphere was so intense I actually had tears of excitement, and my 11-year-old was completely captivated too.The meal was average (I’d rate it 5/10), though I’m not sure if the simplicity was part of the experience. Despite that, the overall event was excellent value and I’d highly recommend it. We even purchased a keepsake photo for just €10 – a nice memento of an unforgettable evening.
