We booked this through Tenerife first excursions and the company was ‘Buggy Canarias’ it was 10/10.. picked up from our hotel by Jake who was lovely! When we arrived we were given a run though about all the safety ect. It was an amazing experience. We would do it again in a heartbeat. The sunset was amazing we ate pizza when we reached the top and Jake also took photos for us which we purchased at the end and they were just stunning! Would 100% recommend!

From the moment we arrived (waaaay too early), until the moment we left, Natalia was a warm and welcoming host on the tour round Santa Cruz. She was always reassuring and giving us lots of information about the sights of the city. I particularly loved the personal touch she gave to each location we visited.We have visited the city before so are familiar with some of the locations, but we still learned something new at every point.It was all about the cycling for us, because it’s something we enjoy doing on holiday. Despite our many visits, this was our first cycling activity on the island. It was a very easy and enjoyable experience, and we wouldn’t have done this without our thoughtful guide.Natalia was quite apologetic about the cycling infrastructure in the city, but we thought that this was much better than we were accustomed to back home. We thought it was a good mix of cycle paths and roads. Our guide gave us very good road guidance whilst in the traffic, which was great because we have always been apprehensive around Tenerife traffic.At the end of the tour, Natalia recommended a local restaurant out of the way of the tourist area, and graciously walked us to the venue. She went about and beyond what would have been expected from the bike tour, and we thank her very much.The fridge magnet wil be added to our collection at home and be a reminder of a great day out! Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Booked the tour with pick up, picked up directly outside our apartments then taken swiftly to experience. Greeted by Yasine our guide who was fantastic throughout. He ensured complete safety while making the experience fun and informative. We were given snacks and plenty water throughout. For an extra 10 euros each we were sent lots photos of the family both in the buggy and enjoying the views. I would 100% recommend this experience. Was such fun from beginning to end :)!!

Great experience. Safe ride even on busy streets the cars respected the bikes and the guide, Natalia, was safety-focused. Very informative tour. The e bikes were easy to use. Bikes had excellent brakes, a bell, helmet and high visibility. My husband and friend are 6” 5 and 6”4 so their bikes were a little too small but they managed. Excellent experience and would recommend.

Best thing to do in Tenerife
Absolutely amazing experience, Masca Valley and the village are stunning, awe inspiring places to visit. Driving the buggy is so fun and you get such a great view of the island and towns on the way to Masca, and on the way back you get a spectacular view of Teide too! Eugene the guide is such a lovely young guy, full of knowledge about the area and the village. He is very kind and considerate on the journey too, making sure to check in, providing coats if needed when it gets cold, and then stopping at amazing viewpoints where he gives you the deep history of Masca and the Canary islands. He makes you feel like a VIP the whole time, especially when you get to the village where he is well known.We went on our honeymoon and did so many different things, but this trip with Eugene was the best thing we did. We will happily go back to him!
