Brilliant show. Pick up was on time with a lovely guide who explained everything very well. The queue when getting off the bus was hectic and lengthy but passed by quickly enough as you went through the castle. We attended with 2 children aged 6 & 8 and they both loved it. The show was interactive and very entertaining and well thought out. There was bottles of water, fizzy orange and red and white wine on the table. You could buy a bucket of beer that had 5 bottles in for £10 euros so very reasonable prices if you wanted something different to drink other than the free drinks included in banquet. The only negative to this trip was the food. It was cold and potatoes undercooked. You got a bread roll and pea and potato soup to start with. It was nice enough but bland. But was hot. Then they served children chicken nuggets and chips. The adults got a chicken leg and some sliced potatoes that were luke warm and not cooked enough. They served it with some slices of tomatoes. Desert was vienetta ice cream. Would I do it again- yes definitely but don't expect much from the food. Its all about the amazing atmosphere and show.

This is the second tour I've done with this company. I really enjoyed Santa Cruz and La Laguna. I had expected them to be more of a big city with normal tall buildings like any other big city in the world, but was really impressed by the hidden gems at every corner... a small church, a bridge over a "barranco" and the architecture of official buildings. La Laguna was nice too, but I liked the atmosphere of Santa Cruz better.Anaga forest is a whole different story. It's like entering a whole different world, such lush green vegetation, roads so covered by tall trees that they become dark in full daylight, and the views are breathtaking. The little treck in the Forest of the Senses as they call it was something you need to experience... can't be described in words.A shoutout to the guide for his knowledge, and specially the fun way in which he told us everything, and the music accompanying in the bus! I would certainly book with this company again.

Fantastic day with Royal Delfin.
We took the tour this Friday and the experience was unbeatable. The arrival at the cliffs is spectacular, the swim in Masca Bay is super fun, and the video they make of you during the whole trip is highly recommended. The food is very good; they gave us salad, omelet, croquettes, and fish sticks, and for dessert, banana and apple; throughout the trip, there was beer, soft drinks, water, and sangria. We were able to see the whales super close. Special mention to one of the crew members, Javier, who was super attentive to my daughters, Jimena and Marina, explaining the different animals that could be seen during the trip and showing them the photos; we send him an affectionate greeting from León and hope to be able to repeat this wonderful experience. Thank you for making our vacation great.

Fantastic experience. We saw pilot whales, flying fish and dolphins. Which is what we went for. Throughout the lady gave a commentary which was interesting without too much waffle, including the places we were passing and where to look as the whales etc moved around the boat. Although full there was plenty of space. The hulls of the catamaran had windows below the waterlevel which gave great views of the whales swimming past There was endless drinks available and lunch was served. The crew were very friendly and helpful, they kept the toilets spotless. If/when I return to Tenerife I would definitely do it again

Went on the 3hr dolphin/whale watch and wasn't disappointed saw loads , there's also a glass bottom included was unlimited drinks self serve and a canarian lunch provided, very knowledgeable staff and friendly , they take your photo as you get on the boat, you can buy them 2 pics for €10 very good pics as well , you can go for a swim when the boat stops for around 40 mins.

I was with my 12-year-old son. Plenty to see. We went through independently with an audiotour.there were also interactive part for the kids very much fun. My little boy really liked the toxic garden. Museum, restaurant, shop, temporary exhibition. It depends on where your interest lies. Lots of walking but Enough rest / sit spots along the way. Staff were nice and helpful. Toilet was mediocre.

Could not have asked for a better guide than Ozzy! He had fantastic knowledge and was clearly very passionate and very funny. The meal was lovely and the sunset was absolutely stunning! Loved the photos we got. We were in awe staring at the night sky and all the stars and mysterious objects whizzing by. We got to see an eclipse on Jupiter through the telescope and many more interesting things! Highly recommended.
