Great experience, we saw dolphins up close, both active and sleeping, it was a wondweful connection to nature, our crew David and Marina were exceptional, very attentive and helpful, even providing refreshments, there is a WC on board for those of you who may need it, another outstanding aspect of the excursion was that there were only 6 of us on the tour and we were educated for nearly 3 hours on all aspects of conservation and care for marine life. They were even using a net to scoop up any debris they spotted floating in the sea. They were able to communicate in Englis, Spanish and German. 100% recommended and we would definitely do it again! So cool to watch the landscape change up Teide, and Craig and Kieran were very friendly and knowledgeable about the stars!To note: it's the same pickup time regardless of whether you're eating dinner, so plan accordingly. Pickup is between 4:30ish and 5:30ish, depending on location of stay. Drop-off is a lot quicker and gets you back around midnight, give or take 15 minutes.

This was a full day island tour including the beautiful Mount Teide which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We had the opportunity to see some breathtaking views, hear all about the history of the island and see some very quaint villages. Lunch was not provided, however the tour guide recommended a restuarant for us which was 3 course and an alcoholic drink for €20 each which was beautiful food and a good price. You also could have bought your own packed lunch or picked something else up to eat at one of the shops. The only issue we had is our pickup time was listed as 8am and we were not told that the time for pickup was actually 7:10am. Had we have not been ready we would have missed this tour, due to the lack of communication from the tour provider. There were other people that ended up missing the tour due to the confusion. I would therefore encourage anyone booking this trip to make contact with the provider beforehand to ensure the pickup time is known as you obviously cannot reply on the time stated on the booking.

We had a fantastic trip out and loved seeing pilot whales and a family of dolphins! The hydraulic ramp was excellent and my wheelchair user boyfriend thought about going in the sea but decided not to because there wasn’t a place he could lie down to get changed afterwards. The sea was quite choppy and I felt a bit sick as a result. Over all we had a wonderful time and we loved being able to experience the boat trip together. Thank you!

The whole experience was fantastic. We arrived a little early so took advantage of the little coffee cart outside, which was really reasonable. Initially we thought the price was a lot, but the service and the tour made it feel we got our money's worth and more. The people who booked us in were great and friendly.. boarding the submarine was a little tight but once on there it was surprisingly spacious. Everyone had a clear view of the ocean floor. We got to see loads of different types of marine life, and the scuba divers were great at bringing all the marine life to us. The whole trip lasted just under an hour, however, this felt the perfect length of time.If I'm back in Tenerife, I'm definitely doing it again

Fantastic day with Royal Delfin.
We took the tour this Friday and the experience was unbeatable. The arrival at the cliffs is spectacular, the swim in Masca Bay is super fun, and the video they make of you during the whole trip is highly recommended. The food is very good; they gave us salad, omelet, croquettes, and fish sticks, and for dessert, banana and apple; throughout the trip, there was beer, soft drinks, water, and sangria. We were able to see the whales super close. Special mention to one of the crew members, Javier, who was super attentive to my daughters, Jimena and Marina, explaining the different animals that could be seen during the trip and showing them the photos; we send him an affectionate greeting from León and hope to be able to repeat this wonderful experience. Thank you for making our vacation great.
