Great Fun for First-Time Jet Skiers
After booking we received clear instructions and directions to find Extreme Jets Skis who were the operators for the one hour safari.This was the first time anyone in our family had been on jet skis, and some of us were slightly nervous. We hired two, with our 14- and 12-year-olds riding as passengers with the adults.After a fairly quick briefing, we headed out of the port by boat to where the jet skis were stationed out at sea. We hopped on and away we went.We found our confidence really quickly and, before long, were reaching speeds of over 60 km/h. It’s not an experience where you get to go flat out for long periods, but there was more than enough opportunity for us to experience the speed.We stopped briefly about halfway through, with the opportunity to jump in the water. No one did, so we just bobbed about for five minutes, but it was actually quite nice to give our bodies a rest while we were still getting used to the ride.On the way back, we were lucky enough to see dolphins, which was a lovely surprise. They came really close to us before we headed back to the start.Afterwards, you can buy the photos for €20 per jet ski. We received 77 via AirDrop, and there were a few decent ones among them.For a group of first-time riders, this was a great experience. If I was on my own, I’d probably want something a little more racy, but that’s by no means a criticism. We were very impressed.

We had the most fantastic diving experience with Scubanana at Abades. From start to finish our guide Cedric was brilliant — patient, professional and clearly passionate about the ocean. His care and attention were particularly important as we were diving with a junior PADI diver, and he made sure everyone felt safe and confident throughout (he even 'rescued' me from the waves at the end, ha ha!).The sea life was incredible: turtles, cuttlefish, an octopus, and even a small ray made an appearance, amongst so much other fabulous marine life.What made us choose Scubanana was their PADI Aware programme, promoting care and awareness as divers — we did the turtle awareness experience and it made the dive feel even more special and meaningful.Thank you Cedric and the Scubanana team — we couldn't recommend you more highly. We'll be back!

I did the Peak Performance Buoyancy Course. My instructor Melania was fantastic. She was so friendly, kind, patient and really helped me improve my skills in just a short space of time. I learnt a lot from her and just had a really fun time diving with her. I would very much recommend these guys. Everyone at Atlantis is super friendly and welcoming and they are all very passionate about making the diving as fun as possible for everyone. 😊

I loved the treatment from Julie and Ludo, they were warm, patient, kind, you feel as if you have known them for a lifetime and very comfortable. Open water PADI- solo dive.
I attended the travelsub centre to do my open water padi diving course. Wow- what can I say? From the moment I booked the trip the communication was faultless, staying in regular contact to arrange the pick up details and to gather information. My partner was too unwell to dive and they were so accommodating of this. This meant I had to do the course on my own and as someone that is relatively anxious I was worried about this. However, I really didn't need to be! From the moment I got there I was treated like an old friend returning, I felt so at ease. I really struggled at first to get my head round breathing under water, and I did not feel judge or rushed, I felt really supported. As the days went on I spent time with different instructors and they were all such wonderfully kind and funny people, however I would like to give an individual shout out to Romana who is simply the most wonderful diving instructor ever. I felt safe and understood during all my dives. I am very grateful for the fantastic experience TravelSub gave me! Thank you so much!!

Wonderful Experience
It was a tremendously satisfying experience, highlighting the instructor I was assigned, Dee. Very professional, careful to emphasize the points about which I had doubts, patient and very empathetic. It filled me with confidence, and because he was able to pass on his knowledge, they made the course relaxing and enriching. Perhaps I would like to leave as a point to the better, the access to the sea in Los Cristianos, which I found difficult because of how unconditioned it is for apprentices.

A brilliant experience for the first time diving. Roberta and Sven are such welcoming people who are clearly so knowledgeable in their field. I’d recommend this activity to anyone staying in Tenerife. Excellent 2 HR Jet Ski Safari. Recommend 100%
I based my selection of this Jet Ski Safari on a previous Cool Tenerife review that criticised it for being too fast and 'dangerous'. I was with my 22 year old son, and we were looking for a bit of excitement, which is what we got. Although the jet skis were restricted to 60 Km/h, this was fast enough to give us first-timers an exciting ride, but certainly not dangerous. Our guide kept us, and the other double jet ski, under his watchful eye, but didn't restrict our enjoyment of the activity. From Adeje, we went all the way up the coast to Punta de Teno lighthouse, and back. We stopped close to the spectacular Los Gigantes sea cliffs for a swim and to swap driver/pillion. We saw turtles and flying fish.
