Fantastic boat trip, only around 30 people and plenty of visibility. Saw lots of pilot whales, dolphins, turtles and a hammerhead shark. Loved the chance to swim in the cove towards the end, glad I took my snorkel with me as many fish! Lovely people, great experience.

Amazing!!! Absolutely fantastic few hours, and we were incredibly lucky to see a hammerhead shark, dolphins, and a turtle! Our guide, Jose, was fantastic too. He was super friendly, happy, and genuinely enthusiastic about the animals and protecting their natural environment. He gave very clear instructions and constantly checked that everyone in the group was happy and okay. A brilliant experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolute blast on our recent whale watching trip! From start to finish, everything was seamlessly organised.Booking & CommunicationBooking through Cool Tenerife was super easy. We received our confirmation promptly, followed by clear, helpful instructions via WhatsApp, which made the meeting location and preparation totally stress-free.The Crew & ExperienceOur guide, Alex, was phenomenal! He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions with enthusiasm, and was fantastic with the children, keeping them engaged throughout the trip. Seeing pilot whales up close was an absolute highlight, and the swim stop was the perfect bonus.Equipment & BoatThe boat was in immaculate condition, clean, and very comfortable. They also provided swimming goggles for the swim stop, which were clean and in great shape. A sandwich was included along with two drinks per person, which was plenty for trip.We had such a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an amazing day on the water!

Absolutely amazing experience! Marco was a fabulous guide, very friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting facts about the island and its wildlife. He and his colleagues were incredibly helpful, assisting us in and out of the kayaks and providing drinking water for everyone. The experience was also very respectful towards the wildlife, maintaining a safe distance while still allowing us to see dolphins and turtles. Marco also had a GoPro and captured photos and videos throughout the experience, which we could purchase afterwards for just €20. It was a lovely way to remember the day. All around, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! 🐬🐢🌊

Booked the 2.5 hrs out at sea on the kayaks and snorkelling. Host was great, very knowledgeable and friendly and a good laugh. we managed to see some turtles and dolphins along the coast of Los Cristianos. Great that pictures and videos are included in the price which was a nice touch.Booked through our TUI rep in hotel. Would happily recommend these guys for a half day excursion on what is a phenomenal shore line in Tenerife.

Hello I arranged this trip online and was very pleased with the prompt response and the arrangements with Barbara for a hotel pickup in a classic Mitsubishi Pajero mark 1, which was purring like a mouse eating cheese. The driver (Marco ???) was very friendly and chatty about the area,family and the Jeep. When we got to to water there was no delay just a quick safety briefing about the use of the kayaks and a description of the route by our very helpful guide Demeatre and his son. During the trip we saw dolphins and turtles about 50 feet from us which was a great experience to see so close in the wild We then went on to a cave in under the rocks and it was nice and cool in the shade. We then made our way to an area to go snorkeling and saw alot of fish while in the water. We then made our way back and I must say that Demeatre made all the group (around 10) very comfortable and safe and kept a close eye on all during the trip. We were then treated with some homemade chocolate maderia cake, We then got dropped back to the hotel by a different driver (can't remember name) but again another very friendly fellow.
